The Adventures of Ms. S. Sausage
An annoying critter since I first brought her home, Ms. Siah has notoriously shoved herself into every corner of the house. When she was a teeny kitten, she hid in the recycling pile:

She tried to help us put up shelves when we moved to Norwalk, but the best she could muster was hiding beside the toolbox:

(She looks like that dog that warned about the advancements of The Nothing from The Never-Ending Story. I loved Falcore, just for the record, and always wanted my own luck dragon.)
Little Siah also makes attempts to clean Chris' bathroom, but there's really no helping him on that one. Instead, she hangs out in the sink:

And most recently, we moved a dresser into Chris' closet to accomodate new furniture purchases and to store his winter clothes. Of course, the little rat had to stick her nose in that project, too.

Sigh.
The is no sleep for the Sausage. And not much for Chris and Kerri, either, due to her manical ways. Good thing she's cute, or we'd have long since fed her to the bears at my mother's house.

I know I say this everytime Siah gets a spot on SUM, BUT SHE IS SOOOO CUTE!
Thanks for sharing!

Awwww cuteness. Don't you have another cat as well? Or am I hallucinating?

Heh, what is it with cats in sinks. I thought mine was the only one who did it (then discovered a whole website dedicated to the phenomenon).
Siah is a such a cutie.

What a cutie as usual!
Kieran's comment made me laugh out loud! It reminded me of how my husband and his 3 older sisters used to tease their younger sister (my lovely s-in-law Katy) by telling her to "get back in your cage Zelda". Now doesn't that inspire self confidence!! She grew up somewhat well ajusted in spite of it - ha ha.
I love cats too - in fact at one time I was going to write a book called, "How Many Cats Do you have Now?" because that's what people always asked me.
Now that I am an old Gramma, at 52, I have no cats (because of my working on the Alaskan pipeline) - and will have to get started soon on those 50 cats and high top tennis shoes! It's only 1 step away from polyster now!

Adorable.
I am very jealous that you are able to catch her on film as my little 'rascal' simply sees the camera as an opportunity to play and I can never manage to get a good shot.

A-S: I have another cat. Her name is Abby and she's a massive furry entity. She doesn't get as much press because she's more of a "sleep and eat" critter. As opposed to a "run amuck and irritate" critter, a la Sausage. :)

I know you don't think much of your cats' intelligence, but this one IS cute! I may be partial because at one time I had a Russian Blue that looked a lot like her!
