Who is Tom Carvel?? WHO IS TOM CARVEL??!!
Marie, don't you know Carvel ice cream and Cookie Puss? LOL.

Tom Carvel???! It was the way he said Cookie Puss, wasn't it?
Posted by: julia | June 20, 2007 04:16 PM
It was more the way that he convinced America that Cookie O'Puss was Cookie Puss's Irish cousin. Because all aliens from outer space have family in Ireland. Don'tcha know?

Speaking of An Uzi at the Alamo - I still haven't seen it!
I'll be in the US next week. Would there be a easy way for me to get my hands on a copy while I'm there?

Dear Lord, I feel so old. I've got no clue what those 3 songs are.
bwah! I told my husband about your Tom Carvel answer, and he immediately went into his flawless imitation of the C.P. commercial!

Shannon, Carvel was fairly local. NY, NJ and NE, I think. The guy had an accent so thick you could cut it.
I used to COVET Carvel cakes when I was a kid. The year my mother finally caved and bought me one, I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. She didn't believe in store-bought cakes. Or clothes. Which explains a lot about me, actually.

Hi Kerri
Just found this blog and am really enjoying it. I am an IDD in the UK and have just started blogging about my DM and am checking out other people's. It's wonderful to know I am not the only one going through it.
